נולדתי פה, לא גדלתי פה, חזרתי לפה ולעולם לא אעזוב.

שלא יחשבו שאני רק הולכת לקונצרטים וכו—- אני גם הולכת למכולת (לפעמים כשאתה לא יכול) ושלא תצחק מאמא - יש רק אחת!

אמא - מה זה היה בקשר ללכת למכולת??

לדעתי אפילו בפורים כשכולם הולכים בתחפושות,
או שיש מסעדות טובות כמעט בכל מקום,
וחנויות טובות.
ובכלל זה מקום מגניב!

For me, the main reason is to meet all kind of people when I go down.

In just one minute I am at the Makolet, and another minute I can see a play at Habima or listen to a concert at the Mahn Auditorium, or see an exhibition at the museum.

I meet people of all ages, colour, cultures.
I can meet an old lady, a young dude, a young student, a middleaged grandmma, a religious family with all their kids, a young or old writer, artist, theatre people.
I can meet moms and dads with their babies or bigger kids.
Young teens living here, and teens living in other places who are just visiting.
Its like being in the Theatre all the time.
I also agree that growing kids in Tel Aviv come out just fine. I have 2 examples to prove it……….
In short, its great to live in Tel Aviv, especially in its heart

As one who always thought she was a "country-girl" until I lived in Tel Aviv, and then London, and now Manhattan, I understand what you are saying…
But it really is a matter of attitude: for some people 1 and 4 (for instance) are exactly the reasons why they can't think of living in a big metropolis!
